Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vynoriq ("we") for using Vynoriq AI at vynoriq.com/ai (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person per account; keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The Service

Vynoriq AI lets you chat with an AI assistant, search the web, and create images and videos with AI. It runs on AI technology licensed from third parties. Outputs are generated automatically, can be wrong, and may be similar to outputs created for others.

3. Credits and payments

Replies and creations use credits, shown before you send. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe (cards) or PayPal; we do not see or store your card details. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable once used, except as described in the Refund Policy. Failed or safety-blocked creations are refunded in credits automatically. Prices may change; changes do not affect credits you already bought.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in the prompts and photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for anything you upload, especially photos of people. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use your outputs for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Rules

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block requests, remove content, suspend or close accounts that break it, and report illegal content to authorities. Credits on accounts closed for serious violations are forfeited.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated files are stored for 30 days, then deleted; download what you want to keep.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service and outputs are provided "as is". Chat answers, including web-sourced ones, may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will show the new date here and, for important changes, tell you in the app. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
