Refund Policy

• Automatic credit refunds: if a creation fails, times out, or is blocked by the safety filter, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unused packs: you can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@vynoriq.com with your account email and payment date.
• Used credits are not refundable, because the AI processing has already been paid for.
• Suspended accounts: no refunds when an account is closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card via Stripe or PayPal) and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
