Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how PowerTechno ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use Vynoriq (the "App"). It also explains the choices available to you. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. 2. Photo and video tools Vynoriq lets you choose photos and videos through Android system pickers. The App's currently available editing and export tools process the selected media on your device. These local tools do not upload your selected photos or videos to our servers. App-private exports, workflows, favourites, unlocked prompt IDs, preferences and similar working data are stored locally on your device. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App removes app-private data. Files that you export to your gallery remain there until you delete them. The current Play Store release does not enable server-side photo or video processing. If an online media-processing feature is introduced in a future version, we will explain the upload, purpose, recipient, retention and deletion terms before enabling that feature and will update this policy where required. 3. Online catalogue and anonymous usage counts The App connects to vynoriq.com to download prompts, templates, preview images, publisher settings, advertising configuration and notification content. When you open a prompt, the App may send the prompt ID and a randomly generated event ID. These are used to prevent duplicate submissions and to produce aggregate prompt-view counts. This event does not include your name, email address, account details or a persistent device identifier. As with most online services, our hosting provider may automatically receive technical request information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response status, browser or app user-agent information and security logs. We use this information to deliver content, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and protect the service. 4. Notifications With your permission, Vynoriq may send notifications about new content or important App information. When notifications are enabled, the App may periodically check our server in the background. Notification preferences, inbox items, and delivered or read states may be stored locally on your device. You can disable notifications in Vynoriq Settings or in Android Settings. Android may delay background checks to protect battery life. 5. Advertising and consent Vynoriq uses AppLovin MAX to display and measure advertising. The active mediation configuration may include Meta Audience Network. The advertising partners used in a particular session may depend on availability, region and the publisher's active AppLovin MAX dashboard configuration. Where required by law, the App displays an advertising consent notice before advertising technologies are initialized. You can review available choices through Settings > Ad privacy choices. A choice to decline personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising; contextual or non-personalized ads may still be shown where permitted. Advertising providers may process information such as: - IP address and approximate location inferred from IP; - advertising identifiers, App Set ID or similar identifiers where available and permitted; - device, operating system, app version, language, country, time zone and network information; - ad impressions, clicks, interactions and conversion information; and - diagnostics, security and fraud-prevention signals. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, report performance, prevent invalid activity, maintain security and, where you have consented, personalize advertising. Vynoriq does not send photos or videos selected in its local editing tools to advertising providers. Advertising providers handle information under their own policies. External AI services Vynoriq provides prompts and example images for inspiration. It does not generate AI images inside the App. If you copy a prompt, follow an external link, or upload a reference image to another AI service, that action is initiated by you and the external service processes your information under its own privacy policy and terms. The external service may require an account or payment. Example images may be AI-generated, and results can vary. 7. Contact and support information If you contact us by email or through our website, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message and any technical details or attachments you include. We use this information to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request. 8. Storage, retention and deletion - Local App data remains on your device until you delete it, clear App data or uninstall the App. - Files exported to your gallery remain until you delete them from your device or cloud backup service. - Unsent prompt-view events may remain in a local retry queue for up to three days and are then removed. Successfully submitted events are removed from the local queue. - Aggregate prompt-view counts may be retained to understand catalogue popularity and improve content. - Server request and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for content delivery, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymized according to the hosting configuration. - Advertising providers retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. - Support communications are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, keep appropriate business records, prevent abuse and comply with law. To request access to or deletion of information held by PowerTechno, contact contact@vynoriq.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records and verify the request. Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping purposes. Information controlled by an advertising or external AI provider must be requested from that provider. 9. Sharing, sale and security We share information only as needed with hosting, infrastructure, advertising and support providers for the purposes described in this policy, when you direct us to share or export something, or when disclosure is required to comply with law, protect users, enforce rights or maintain service security. PowerTechno does not sell the photos or videos selected in Vynoriq's local tools or the contact information you send directly to us. Advertising partners may collect, use or disclose advertising data as described above and in their own policies, subject to your consent and applicable law. We use HTTPS for network communication and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 10. Accounts and user-initiated sharing Vynoriq does not provide end-user account registration. Publisher administration accounts are separate from the mobile App. Copying prompts, exporting files, opening an external service and sharing content are actions initiated by you. 11. Children Vynoriq is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an end-user account system. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact contact@vynoriq.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. 12. Your choices and rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also: - change notification permissions in the App or Android Settings; - review eligible advertising consent choices in Settings > Ad privacy choices; - reset or limit your Android advertising identifier through your device settings; - clear Vynoriq's local data or uninstall the App; and - contact us at contact@vynoriq.com with a privacy request. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. 13. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published at https://vynoriq.com/policy.php with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate. 14.
